The Family Food Replay Starter Kit

A designed, printable PDF that turns healthy eating into a gentle game — no app required. Built on the same no-guilt rules as Food Replay: trying counts, amounts don't, and nothing earned can ever be taken away.

A designed PDF: no-guilt sticker chart, tasting passport & hero certificate. No spam — one email with the kit, that's it.

Inside the kit

  • The no-guilt sticker chart — a week of five-power tracking where stickers are only ever added, with the rules printed on the chart so babysitters and grandparents play it right.
  • The tasting passport — every new food tried (one lick counts!) earns a stamp; ten stamps, small ceremony.
  • The hero certificate — a fill-in award for the week's brave taster, signed by Nova.

Who is this for?

Families who want the mechanics of Food Replay on the fridge — or a paper preview before trying the app. Teachers running healthy-eating weeks: the kit is classroom-safe by design, with no weight talk, no food moralising and no comparisons between children — print one passport per pupil and run a tasting table. Health visitors, dietitians and paediatric practices: you're welcome to print and hand these to families; the no-guilt rules are printed on every page so the tool teaches its own use.

The rules printed on the kit

  1. Stickers are only ever added. Nothing is removed for a missed day or an untouched vegetable.
  2. Trying counts — a lick, a sniff, a brave poke. Amounts eaten are never scored.
  3. Treats logged honestly earn a sticker too. Honesty beats perfection.
  4. Nobody is compared with a sibling or classmate. Every hero runs their own journey.
  5. When the week ends, celebrate whatever happened. Then start fresh.

Sharing & linking

The kit is free to download, print and distribute for personal, classroom and clinical use. Bloggers, school newsletters and resource directories: please link to this page (rather than the PDF file directly) so families always get the latest version. Want the version that runs itself — camera logging, streaks that pause instead of breaking, and an evening comic built from real meals? That's Food Replay, free to try on iOS and Android.
